Socio-political aspects of the theory of «long waves»: the interaction of political and economic cycles of societyn

The theory of « long waves « M.Kondrateva is recognized as the world’s concept of cyclical processes in society. Global trends are manifested differently in different countries and have clearly defined timeframe. Also, many researchers cyclic processes in society is a clear correlation of economic and socio-political processes. This emphasized as Kondratyev, and he and his followers. In particular, it is proved that aspects of economic history is closely related to the sequence of failures of social and political processes. «Waves» of economic growth and falling cause corresponding wave phenomena in society. Modern scholars «long waves» proven correlation phases of economic development with massive displays of deviant behavior , riots and revolutions. An important part of the sustainable development of a country at present there is compliance governance development needs of economy (business) and modern information society (civil society). Such trends can be noted in the modern history of Ukraine. Inconsistency actions of state institutions to the needs and expectations of the majority of the active population led to a mass protest movement . With the global information society, given the central role of Ukraine in the global balance of power between the main actors of the country, today , this has direct international intervention in the sequence out of the crisis in Ukraine . Meanwhile, since, according to periodization modern «long waves « in the world of instability phase ( prior to the structural crisis) has only just begin, and subject to compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian state policy information society in Ukraine may avoid a catastrophic scenario.
