Ethnic Diversity as a Variable in Social Work Interventions
Abstract
The article analyzes the different theoretical perspectives that have arisen in the context of Social Work in order to carry out interventions with respect to ethnic groups, especially the black, Afro-Colombian, palenquero, and raizal ethnic-racial groups. The different reflections are analyzed in the light of modernity and of the concept of ethnicity as a variable that highlights the contradictions of the modern cultural project
