Mathematical models for the comprehensive studies of the dynamics of formation of chemical bonds of CdxZn1–xSb solid solutions in the whole range concentrations (0≤x≤1) were proposed. The phenomenological theory of melting and crystallization of CdSb–ZnSb solid solutions was clarified by the calculations of characteristic frequencies and temperatures of vibrational instability of chemical bonds. It is shown that the optimization of technological modes of these crystals should be carried out taking into account the fine structure of the processes of melting and crystallization, the calculations of the formation conditions (initial concentrations, temperature ranges of supercooling and superheating) of necessary chemical bonds.
