Abstract

The punishment of dismissal from office is deemed to be one of the severest disciplinary punishment affecting public severest and the most dangerous for their legal posts and their employment future .Therefore, many legal regulations should be imposed . so that such a punishment many achieve the end it has been legislated for and in a way that it attains the benefit of administration and prevents the deviation of administration and its abuse in imposing such a kind of punishment on the one hand, and makes no room for public servants who commit grave offences to repeat them on the other hand. As such , this punishment should be studied together with the effects resulting from it, particularly in the present reality of public office in Iraq who witnesses a remarkably growing increase in imposing such kind of punishment because of the spread of administration corruption in The punishment
