Abstract

This paper presents the characteristics and mechanism of the impact of selected factors on the instability of the public financial system. The first part of the essay is the attempt to define the public instability in the financial system. The second shows the impact of instability in the public financial system factors such as the political cycle, the illusion of the fiscal, demographic factor, the size and structure of GDP and unemployment.
