The influence of Polish spatial regulations on the development of commercial space in cities

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present Polish spatial regulations in the context of the development of commercial space, especially shopping centers, on the example of the city of Torun. Shopping centers are one of the dominant elements in urban space, they have a significant impact on the development of functional, social and economic relations, and therefore constitute an interesting object of study.
