铁死亡是近些年新发现的一种程序性细胞死亡方式,参与到多种急性和慢性疾病的病 理过程中,其引发机制主要包括铁依赖性的活性氧自由基蓄积和多元未饱和脂肪酸的消耗。卒中一 直以高死亡率和致残率受到全世界研究者的广泛关注,但关于铁死亡在卒中致病机制中的研究目前 还较少,本文分别从铁死亡与出血性及缺血性卒中两方面对已有的最新研究成果进行回顾总结。 Abstract: Ferroptosis is a newly discovered programmed cell death in recent years, which involves the pathogenesis of many acute and chronic diseases. The mechanism mainly includes that ferroptosis can trigger iron-dependent accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and consumption of plasma polyunsaturated fatty acids. Though there are numerous studies on stroke, studies on the effect of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of stroke are very few. This article reviewed the advances in ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke.
