Digital Learning Objects (DLO) are available in repositories and are used by teachers in math classes in the early years of Elementary School (ALEXANDRE, 2015). There was still no instrument evaluated for a systematic evaluation of DLO, so after the elaboration of an evaluation instrument, the questions done was: what do teachers and future teachers think about the instrument? Does it facilitate the selection of DLO? Does it offer guidance on the potential that the DLO has and what can be increased as it is used? In this way, the objective of this study is to test the usability of the DLO evaluative instrument and to promote based on the participants' perspectives. We tested the usability of an instrument through three initial and continuing training workshops with 44 participants. The results indicate the importance of the instrument for understanding the quality of DLO in its pedagogical aspects; need for partnerships to improve the instrument's accessibility to teachers of different backgrounds; the expansion of the theme in initial and continuing education and indispensable reflections for the current context.
