Postgraduate presentation is a Socratic method, also known as two-way communication, where the audience takes an active part in asking questions and adding points to the presentation. When a presentation is a one-way communication, no matter how to the point the presentation was or how beautiful diagrams were included in the presentation, listeners are not attracted unless and until they are called to communicate. From choosing the topic for the journal club or seminar, the journey started which passed through the topic selection, finding an appropriate review of literature material, searching the historical moments of the topic, past development, current trends, recent advances, and prospects they try to cover during the presentation. Current trends of presentation can be made more beneficial if scheduled and implemented practical way. It also needs support from the listeners given attention, input, and appreciation.
