Transformational Leadership and Marketing Capability Affecting the Effectiveness of a Registered Community Enterprise in Phatthalung Province

The objectives of this research were to.1) study the degrees he transformational leadershihe marketing capability the effectiveness he registered community enterprises in Phatthalung Province. 2) study transformational leadership ahe marketing capabiling influencing the effectiveness he registered community enterprises in Phatthalung Province. The samples consisted of 240 groups he registered community enterpriof for the production of goods with proportional stratified random sampling and purposive sampling in Phatthalung Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression by using the enter method. The results of the research revealed that. 1) the overall transformational leadership wasat thehighlevel ( =4.197, S.D.=0.559), the overall marketing capability wasat the high level ( =3.894, S.D.=0.674) and the overall organizational effectiveness of the registered community enterprise in Phatthalung Province was at the highest level ( =4.217, S.D.=0.615). 2) the transformational leadership and the marketing capability affected the effectiveness of the registered community enterprises in Phatthalung Province with statistical significance at 0.05 level.
