Competência informacional de agentes envolvidos no Ensino a Distância da Universidade Federal de Goiás – Brasil
Abstract
This paper analyzes the information literacy of agents involved in distance learning at Federal University of Goiás. To achieve the purpose, it was conducted a case study with the coordinators of the polo, tutors and library assistants - by supporting education in 26 support poles distributed throughout the State of Goiás. For data collection was used questionnaires with closed questions, sent by e-mail to a total of 193 surveyed. The survey showed that participants had features in most of the issues, consistent with the patterns created by ACRL for higher education, however there were standards to which the behavior expressed by respondents were not consistent with the parameters set by the standards. As suggestion for bringing the level of literacy of the respondents suggested the creation of courses for teachers addressing the information literacy and standards for academic research.
