This article aims to analyse the tourism behaviour and choices of households considered to be hypermobile. Based on a quantitative analysis supplemented by qualitative interviews, the objective is to understand the practices of this category of travellers: motives, activities undertaken, destinations chosen and their evolution through the life cycle. The analysis of the data collected through the interviews brings an in-depth understanding of the meaning given to these tourist mobilities. The study launched before the 2020 pandemic continued throughout the health crisis, which made it possible to measure the pandemic adaptations made by travellers.
