Dirofilariasis is a zoonotic disease caused by Dirofilaria repens, which occasionally causes ocular infestation. Reports of this infection from the Southern-Eastern part of India are limited. Herein we report a 60-year aged woman presented with a history of pain, foreign body sensation, and sensation of something crawling in her left eye for one day. A parasite of 12.4 cm in length and 0.5 cm thick was removed from the nodular swelling in the conjunctiva. Microscopy identified Dirofilaria repens, as an adult male.
