學校教育非教育全部,只是一部分。辦理教育有不同的形式與理念,受西方多元與選擇的新右思潮影響,2014年11月,臺灣通過實驗教育三法,擴大家長選擇權,也讓民族實驗學校得以公立學校形式進行課程創新。本研究以高雄市巴楠花部落小學為例,說明此學校成立的背景因素與學校的課程創新。 Schooling is not education all, but part of it. There are different forms and ideas for education. Influenced by the new right of pluralism and choice in the west, in the November 2014, Taiwan passed the three types of experimental education, expanded parental choice, and allowed the indigenous experimental schools to carry out the curriculum innovation in the form of public schools. This study takes the Padan Indigenous Experimental School in Kaohsiung City as an example; it explains the factors behind the establishment of the school and the innovation of the school curriculum.
