Kinetics and structures of Sn-Bi-coatingS electrodeposited under the influence of ultrasonics

Abstract

The results of research kinetics of the Sn-Bi coatings, that electrodeposited under the influence of ultrasonic, were demonstrated. The influence condition of electrodeposition on morphology of these coatings has been shown.
