The COVID-19 infection has demonstrated its multisystemic nature, including cardiovascular disease. His main vascular complications are related to the blood hypercoagulability it induces. since this is known, patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been receiving preventive anticoagulant treatment. On the other hand, many pauci symptomatic and asymptomatic patients present to the emergency room with signs of arterial thrombosis of the limbs, without any a priori risk factor. the investigation in these patients reveals that this is a mode of discovery of a COVID-19 infection. The urgency that constitutes arterial thrombosis of limbs with functional prognosis commitment leads us to draw the attention of practitioners through this letter to the editors.
