This article aims to reflect about interdisciplinarity and their interferences in the work process of Centers for Psychosocial Care, whereas some concepts and studies on the topic. It is clear that the challenges for a successful interdisciplinary practice have as presupposition to overcome questions such as: the maintenance of a hegemonic doctorcentered model, the fact that many professionals do not perceive clearly their functions in their teams and the existence of intra-institutional conflicts over power relations. At the same time, there are effective interdisciplinary practices, based on shared responsibility and solidarity. These practices are not only limited to the technical knowledge and specific know-how but also include creativity in the Health Care knowledge field, from the completeness perspective for mental health care
