This article examines the essence of the concepts of "dynasty", in particular, discusses the pedagogical dynasty. The study investigates the mechanism of social reproduction of family traditions, and motives in the choice of the professional activities of their predecessors for example, teaching dynasty family Jordan (Michael A. Jordan, Lily I. Jordan - husband and wife, teachers NSPU Im. K. Minina) (nomination "From age to age"). On the basis of socio retrospective analysis concludes that the connection times are inextricably and is one of the most valuable features of culture: it focused and related employment skills and creative principles of many generations.
