Information-Analytical Structure as Subjects of National Information Policy

Abstract

The paper substantiates the functioning of the information and analytical structures as a subjects of national information policy, casts a light upon specific features of their activities and interactions with government and civil society in modern Ukraine, stresses the need for corporate interaction between information and analytical structures as an organizational and technological framework for synergy of intellectual capital of various information and analytical services, and eventually forming a powerful intellectual platform of decision-making, implementation of internal and foreign policy, solving issues of national security, effective communication between the state and civil society.
