THE FEATURES AND THE PROBLEMS OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF A DAIRY SUBCOMPLEX ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The aim of the research is finding out the specific features and problems of strategic development of an agricultural and overworking enterprises of a dairy subcomplex. The characteristic of functional structure of a dairy subcomplex is given in the article. The importance of a dairy subcomplex in ensuring food security of the country is designated. Specific features of a dairy subcomplex which should be considered in the course of strategic management of the enterprises of this type of economic activity are presented. The main problems of development of the organizations of a dairy animal husbandry and the dairy industry are revealed: high capital intensity of investment projects, use of outdated technologies, low efficiency of dairy animal husbandry, Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization etc. On the basis of the conducted research there was drawn a conclusion that one of the directions of strategic development of a dairy subcomplex is supposed to be a creation of the cooperated and integrated structures.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.12731/2218-7405-2013-6-40
