PSYCHOLOGY OF RELIGION IN P. FLORENSKY’SWORKS

Abstract

The article discusses Pavel Florensky's views on the psychology of religion derived from both the earlier and later works of this author. Florensky's earlier notebooks as well as his letters were likewise examined. Special attention is given to a comparison of the ideas of Florensky and Jung. The author presumes that Florensky made a vast contribution to the development of the study of religion in Russia
