The professional needs of the territory and the training needs of students: CPIA’s planning in the PON

The analysis of the twelve CPIA’s experiences, in the context of the National Operational Plan (PON) “Per la Scuola” 2014–2020, makes it possible to recognize in the training courses for the Rafforzamento delle competenze di base anche legate ad interventi di formazione professionale of the real practices of expansion of the training offer and effective link between CPIA and training agency, company, secondary school and all the subjects of the Territorial Network for Lifelong Learning. The PON has been a useful tool to respond both to the training needs of the students with training interventions that involve the education, training and work services and to the need for effective collaboration between all the institutional subjects and those not involved in the creation of the Network.
