重型非公路汽车湿式离合器表面系数对接合特性影响的研究
Abstract
Aiming at the existence problem of wear and high temperature during the process of wet clutch engagement.Through referencing wet clutch surface coefficients,taking heavy off-road automobile wet clutch as the study object,using micro convex body distribution model,the law of the wet clutch in different coefficient of friction material and brake engagement status characteristic variation is studied.The results indicated that the bonding time of the analysis effect by using the Weibull micro convex body distribution is longer than the traditional distribution model,close to the actual working condition.After introducing the surface coefficient and the Weibull distribution,the presence of clutch engagement torque fluctuations in the initial stages,the torque ripple is mainly caused by tremor,the presence of increasing the braking torque in final engagement,by introducing apositive slope of coefficient of friction speed curve solve this problem,in addition to the engagement time of the material polished is shorter than running-stage.
