「班級經營」課程需要大量現場觀摩,瞭解教師在實務中如何決策及因應班級事務,而後再與理論對應,建構出自己對於班級經營哲學與理念,情境模擬式「班級經 營」線上課程以情境模擬策略為設計基礎,配合班級經營理論,運用多媒體呈現真實情境,可以身歷其境地感受教師決策理念,能解決傳統課程理論與實務無法相結 合的情況。本文係以系統化教學設計模式(ADDIE)從分析、設計、發展、實施至評鑑,以情境模擬策略建置出一套適於國小師資培育中心學生修習班級經營之 線上課程,幫助學習者在班級經營理論與實務之間做正向遷移,同時提供師資培育中心教材設計另一方面參考。Extensive live observations are needed in the Classroom Management course, in order to allow students to understand how teachers in the real scenes make decisions and react to circumstances in the class and to construct their own philosophies and ideas about Classroom Management corresponding to the original theories. The Scenario-based online course is designed on the basis of the theories of Classroom Management. Combined with the theories of Classroom Management, it uses multimedia to present the reality, which allows learners to experience how teachers make decisions, and thus it solves the problem that the theory and practice of traditional curriculums does not match each other. This study is to design an online course of Classroom Management for the pre-service teachers based on the systematic instructional design model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. It helps learners to generate positive transfer between the theory and practice of Classroom Management and offers as a resource to Teacher Education Center while designing their teaching materials.
