PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SOCIAL AD CULTURAL REGIONAL LIFE OF THE DON AND NORTH CAUCASUS IN THE HALF PAST OF XIX - THE BEGINNING OF XX CENTURY

Abstract

This article examines of work of organized society of the Don and North Caucasus in the half past of the XIX - the beginning of XX century in the social and cultural regional life, analyze forms of work and directions of activity of voluntary public organizations, and define their place in dairy life of the particular region.
