CODEC FOR THE PROCESSING AND TRANSFER OF PANORAMIC VIDEO DATA

Abstract

An analysis of the required transfer rate of panoramic video data for stationary and mobile surveillance networks is done. A codec which takes into account information about moving objects located out of sight of the operator is proposed.
