Abstract

The article rises an issue with antithrombotic therapy in real clinical situation ofcardioembolic risk at the background of atrial fibrillation. The main problem isscrutinized: incongruence of the individual and the statistical. The main reasons forthis are provided, by those the solutions can be found. A practical approach isdiscussed, based upon increasing of competence and conscience of the maindecision making person in healthcare: the practitioner.
