IMPLEMENTATION OF LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AS A PART OF MODERN STATE INDUSTRIAL POLICY OF RUSSIA

Abstract

This article describes the place of large infrastructure projects in the system of the state industrial policy. The views on this issue of both the classics of economic and political thought and of contemporary researchers are analyzed. A brief analysis of the world experience in the implementation of large infrastructure projects and their impact on the industrial development is given. It is concluded that the implementation of large infrastructure projects is an important part of the state industrial policy.
