Introduction: the infratemporal fossa is a rare location for rhabdomyosarcoma. Nevertheless, the diagnosis must be evoked early and established because parameningitis origin is associated with a reduced incidence of survival. Discussion: The diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma is quite difficult, and must be evoked in front of any painful syndrome of the face in children. His suspicion must be confirmed quickly by the imagery so as not to delay the management of this invasive tumor, which happened to our patient.
