The objective of the research is to analyze the prospective strategic planning for the Cañar-Ecuador Judicial Council. It was approached methodologically from the descriptive type with non-experimental field design, collecting information on 13 people who work in the Provincial Directorate of the Council of the Judiciary of Cañar del Ecuador. The variables with the greatest deficiency are control audits, permanent training, internal process ambassadors, and process reengineering. The variables with the most conflict within the institution is the lack of coordination of internal processes, having ratings that range between more or less bad (3) and bad (2), having as a reference within the liker scale as the optimal point very good (7). The action strategies on these indicators have allowed a notable improvement, obtaining valuations of more or less good as a result.
