However, congenital absence of the right gastroepiploic vessels (RGEVs) was blocked surgical procedure. Fortunately, we successfully performed esophagectomy and unconventional gastric remnant reconstruction without RGEVs, and intraoperative cervical venous superdrainage.Keywords: Esophageal cancer, esophagectomy, RGEVs, superdrainage
