Work through digital platform in civil law case-law

Abstract

The paper gives an account about the main civil law juridical system rulings about the classification of relationship between digital platforms and riders or drivers. The main issue addressed by Courts is the link between, on one side, terms and conditions and, on the other side, the executive phase of the contract. The challenge, finally, focuses on difficults of letting the classification of work relationship only to the jurisprudence.
