Abstract

The Amur flood in 2013 have caused catastrophic damage in the coastal area of Khabarovsk. Prolonged flooding caused the destruction of buildings, roads, pollution of the urban environment. The purpose of the study is to monitor the negative effects of flooding in the affected areas of the city.
