Formation and development of labour potential of the Russian Federation Arctic zone

Abstract

The problems of labour potential formation in mono-industry settlements of the Arctic zone have been revealed. The structure of mono-industry settlements in the Arctic zone taking into account the distribution by categories as well as by sectors has been considered. The analysis of the population dynamics of mono-industry settlements has been conducted. The situation in Olenegorsk has been considered in details.
