Abstract

In his paper author describes the work of the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a focus on the reunification of the City of Mostar. Author's conslusions are that there will be no peace and progress in Bosnia and Herzegovina with-out the rule of law and reforms in economy life of the country. The paradigm of the reform process in the Bosnia and Herzegovina represents the City of Mostar.
