Based on preliminary developed treatment of obtaining blocks of double base propellants, examinations of internal-ballistics and mechanical characteristics of propellants with and without metallic conductors of wire configuration have been performed. Internal-ballistics examinations have been done in the Crawford-s bomb and an experimental motor. From the obtained experimental results it is clear that the combustion rate with metal conductors considerably increases. The best catalytical influence on the combustion rate shows Silver with diameter of wire 0,20 mm (enlargement rate from 220 to 260% in relation to the rate of basic propellants, in pressure interval from 80 to 140 bar). By building in metallic conductors in double base propellants filling can be obtained that ensure higher flight rate and best manoeuvre characteristics in tactical antiarmour and antiflight missile systems.
