THE RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN AN IT COMPANY

Abstract

The possibilities of integration of risk management processes of IT projects in support of the main processes of the company in the IT industry, with the aim of integrating and improving efficiency are considered. The model of the relationship of business processes of risk management, IT project, IT company and its knowledge in general is presented.The use of knowledge management technology for collection, storage and reuse of information risk management process is grounded.
