Press Office Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine - Tool Constructive Interaction Between the Library and the Media

Abstract

The article presents the process of institutionalization of the press office in the economic sphere, business, public administration authorities, institutions of culture and education. Details the features of operation of the press office of domestic and foreign libraries. For example, the main activities of press office of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine attempted to determine the degree of influence of the press office, as a key element of the PR system, the formation of background information around the library, including a positive public opinion, loyalty and media in the library.
