Self-determination as professional performance criteria of professional growth
Abstract
This article analyzes the position of researchers that investigates problems of professional self-determination in the process of professional development. It can be noted that in the process of professional development before a person is constantly having problems, requiring a definition of its relation to the professions, sometimes analysis and reflection of their own professional achievements, the decision about choosing a career or changing, updating and correction of career decisions of other professionally-related issues. The entire complex of problems explain the concept of professional self-determination.
