Peculiarities of Differentiate Immunocorrection of Surgical Patients with Acute Destructive Pancreatitis in Postoperative Period

Abstract

Purpose: To detect the peculiarities of immunological status of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis in postoperative period and to develop the scheme of immune correction according to stage and difficulty of immune response process and phase.Materials and Methods: The identification of immunological status included the standart analysis of cellar, humoral, phagocital components of immune system. The immune correction was carried out with Roncoleukinum followed by Tactivinum, polyoxidonium, Derinat according to the immunogram results.Results: Auto-toxemia and immunosuppression are present in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis in postoperative period.Summary: Immunomodulators in complex therapy improve the efficiency of treatment which is confirmed by positive movements in immunological characteristics.
