QUALIFYING AND PARTICULARLY QUALIFYING SIGNS OF ACQUISITION OR DEALING IN GOODS SCIENTER OBTAINED ILLEGALLY

Abstract

The article presents the criminal-juridical characteristics of qualifying and particularly qualifying signs of the crime specified in the Article 175 of the Russian Criminal Code. The author uses comments given by the plenum of the Russian Federation Supreme Court on various categories of crimes related to the researched corpus delicti, as well as the comments of international convention on the countermeasures against transnational organized crime.
