Proposta per un Sistema Informativo Catastale Probatorio in Italia

Abstract

Da recenti congressi europei è emersa la necessità, per il catasto ed in genere per le organizzazioni di registrazione di beni immobili, di fornire dei servizi all’avanguardia al mercato informativo dei beni immobili in un ambiente di tipo e-government, contemporaneamente cooperando alla realizzazione delle infrastrutture di dati spaziali sia nazionali che europee. Il fulcro è sempre la particella catastale che andrebbe trattata in maniera probatoria come ci propongono in questo articolo gli autori. Proposal for a probationary cadastral information system in italy The paper first synthetically describes the characteristics of the real estates deeds and titles registration systems, currently applied in Italy. Afterwards, the realization of a probationary cadastral information system, both for cartogra-phy and for the real estates registration, is proposed. Finally, the results of some first experiments, carried out in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region for the Pregeo Sys-tem fiducial points network updating, are shown.
