In the present article examines the role of human resources policy in improving the quality of vocational training and retraining of teachers. We assumed that the quality of the implementation of additional professional teacher education, the successful completion of the levels, stages and levels of the professional development of teachers is largely determined by the best understanding of the goals and objectives of the mission personnel policy in the sphere of education. Today the problem of personnel policy is quite relevant, especially in the implementation of a new generation of educational standards. The importance of the question of the development of human resources in education due to the emergence of new problems, determining the activity of additional professional education.
