Neurosarcoidosis with hydrocephalus as a first presenting sign: a unique case report

Abstract

Abstract There is a possible relationship with cerebral ischemic events and neurosarcoidosis. It should be considered in the differential diagnosis in a case of unexplained hydrocephalus, vascular white matter lesions and vasculitis related findings.
