Volcanic Eruptions and Their Consequences in the Pacific Basin

Abstract

The analysis of some relevant volcanic eruptions that occurred in the 19th Century, changes occurring in the global climate, the effects that resulted in different countries of Europe, America and Asia, and the socio-economic consequences that they were in the world. Also evaluated the possible effects that would result in the countries of the Pacific Basin in case of one or more events with characteristics similar to the studied in historical time, pointing to the consequences that would have for the region, where prevention strategies are not developed against this type of phenomena.
