Lifetime Estimation for IAR 99 HAWK

Abstract

This article presents a selection of parameters recorded within the No. 719 IAR-99 HAWK flights and processed through the original software developed by the authors in Excel language. Flights were made at CCÎZ Craiova. The results processing leads to the determination of spectra of real loads related to various types of missions. The comparison of these spectra with various experimental theoretical spectra shown in the literature, leads to a realistic estimation of the life of a military aircraft but the principle can also be extended to civilian aircraft.
