Abstract

In the presented paper, the authors discuss the electronic payment instruments in Poland in the context of innovation. As a result of the analysis, authors recognize solutions based on payment cards and immediate bank transfers as the best. Doubts raised mobile payments and virtual cash. The authors also pointed out the potential of biometric payment.
