Abstract

Modern treatment techniques use fillings of tooth root canals with temporary pastes. However, today we have a new option for treatment, which does not require temporary closure of the root canal by medical pastes. Complete curing of the root canal is achieved thanks to canal treatment by the SAF system (Self Adjustable File). This paper endeavors to change the notion paradigm, by using a single specially developed self-adjustable file. This results in curing the dentine wall of the very root canal.
