This research aims to enhance the activity and cognitive achievement of students through learning models Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) combined with Picture and Picture. Subjects were students of class XI IPA SMAN 4 Malang. This research is a classroom action research. Collecting data using observation, testing and documentation sheets. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Results of the study are (1) there is increased activity of students through TSTS combined with Picture and Picture with an average score of the first cycle to the second cycle by 1.18%. (2) there is improving student learning outcomes through combined TSTS Picture and Picture with an average score of the first cycle to the second cycle of 4.22%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa melalui model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dipadu dengan Picture and Picture. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, lembar tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian, yaitu (1) terdapat peningkatan keaktifan siswa melalui TSTS dipadu Picture and Picture dengan skor rata-rata siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 1,18% dan (2) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui TSTS dipadu Picture and Picture dengan skor rata-rata siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 4,22%.
