Abstract Pseudomonas aeruginosa should be highly considered as a causative pathogen, when patients deteriorate rapidly despite community‐acquired pathogen, and the radiological findings display a rapid emergence of cavitary lung lesions especially among patients at high risk of P aeruginosa pneumonia.
